Abstract In practical applications, the geological environmental monitoring instruments should have more stringent instrument properties, their resistance to high and low temperature, sealing, corrosion power consumption, They are all higher requirements. While areas whitout public network coverage mostly alpine - altitude areas, exposed relatively harsh conditions for a long time. The timely stable data communication transmission technology is key ensure operation of groundwater dynamic systems. At present, GSM short message format used in remote technology, but this approach extremely limited field applications. For obtaining parameters not affected by limitation wireless area, GPRS satellite positioning adopted, kind apparatus using researched. After large number indoor debugging stability tests, it proved that control terminal developed based on features transmission, good wind, sand moisture. It solves obstacle area without mobile phone signal, realizes multi mode communication.
